Vanessa, these are WONDERFUL! I was hoping you would do this. Great idea to set up a separate topic.
One of my interests is architecture and interior/space design. These drawings are like catnip for me:)
I've wondered how accurate my imagination was in how I pictured their living space. I wasn't that far off but was unclear how they allocated the space between the ground and first floors. This helps me a lot.
I couldn't have been more far off, though, about Hyde Park. They referred to it being busy but my vision wasn't near as crowded.
I'm going to refer to this throughout the rest of the series! I'll link it to the series page in the main group.

My pleasure, Jonetta. I tried to find some houseplans for a Brook street townhome; I've always had the impression that it's not as big and grand as Hendon's (which seems to come complete with a two story ballroom!), but I couldn't find any that were big enough for me to make anything out. I also tried to find a picture of the London House which was the Archbishop's official London residence at that time but no luck.
Fantastic pictures Veronica. I know how these places look today but it is amazing to see how they were then. The Hyde Park one is especially amazing:)
Her pics are the highlight of these group reads. I'm every so grateful. The townhouse replica for Sebastian's Brook Street townhouse is still in my head for the current book!
