Goodreads policy is to keep all published covers on the site, as users want to shelve the cover of the copy they have.
Instead, we add an alternate-cover edition. See https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

Your ISBNs look like Nook IDs. Are they Nook editions? If so, we cannot take info from Barnes & Noble, you'll have to provide complete details, including covers, for us.

I did find new covers for Smashwords editions and created alternate-cover editions as follows -

Upper East Side #1 - 9781311557025

Upper East Side #2 - 9781311987747

Upper East Side #3 - 9781310224652

Upper East Side #4 - 9781310147852

Upper East Side #5 - 9781310044762

Upper East Side #6 - 9781310257582

Upper East Side #7 - New cover has its own ISBN 9781310431388 and can be located on Goodreads here. It is combined with the other Smashwords edition already.

As the author, you have the ability to set whichever edition you want as default edition (that comes up on author page, user searches, etc), by following these steps

For #7, the cover did not get changed on Smashwords for 9781310852695. New cover got its own ISBN 9781310431388 hence there is no need to create ACE for it. You can set the new cover as default, just like you did for the others. Go to edit page and the option to set it as default is somewhere on the right side :-)
