Summary: This book is about Frodo and Sam trying to destroy the Ring, while Aragorn and his companions must fight off the armies of Sauron. Frodo and Sam are trying to cross through Mordor to get to Mount Doom, the one place the ring can be destroyed, but this is no easy task as the land is like a desert with little water and food. Not to mention all of the orcs and much more deadly creatures. Now Aragorn and the others decide to march to Mordor for one final battle and hoping to divert the attention of there enemies away from Frodo. But they are facing
overwhelming odds...
Personal Reaction: I really liked this book because of the battles and the world the author has created. This book also has a good story line, I also like the time period that it takes place in. I would recommend this book to people who enjoy books with adventure and heroism. You don't even need to like reading to like this book! This book also doesn't just focus on the views of a single character but spends time with other characters as well which is something I really like.
