If he hadn't been from the police, they may have interrogated him more, but the story picks up pace right away with other forensic considerations at the crime scene.

I think the audio version helped give off a more cynical and arrogant vibe. I suspected him immediately of not telling the whole truth. He'd been around too long for these kinds of mistakes.
I thought the team might have given him a longer look but there really wasn't any reason to at the time.

I agree with you Jonetta, the audio book definitely gave him a more sinister feel. I wasn't sure how he figured in tho.

Jerry and Kiz followed Harry's lead. But in the future, I can see Kiz speaking up (within the team) if there's something she doesn't like. If this wasn't their first case together, she might have seen the Powers angle sooner.
