Grace (Bullets) Billets is the new Lieutenant over the group, replacing Harvey Pounds. What's your assessment of her personally, professionally and as a leader?

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1392 comments As a professional and leader, I really liked Grace. She trusted our team of three and seemed to want the police to be helped, not hindered, by her involvement in the process.

I would like to have known more about her husband, I think, before I venture into too personal territory. I did think she was very personable with the team outside the job, e.g., when they were eating or sharing a pitcher of beer outside of hours.

Robin (robinmy) | 1214 comments I liked her. She seems to know what she is doing. She seems to trust Harry and company, and they seem to be putting their trust in her.

I really liked her. She knows how to work the politics but not at the expense of her team and the cases. Breath of fresh air. And, she stuck up for Harry when things really looked bad.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 2240 comments I also liked Grace. She is the antithesis of Pounds. She supports her detectives when they need it, but also calls them on their nonsense.

As to her relationship with her husband, there isn't a lot of detail, but obviously something is wrong if she is lying to him about her relationship with Kizman.

This situation has the potential to niggle at my cheating button, which can lead to irritation, lol!

I agree with you, Lauren she is definitely the antithesis of Pounds. I like her as well as she seems to be supportive of her team.

Jim O'Donnell | 48 comments I love Grace. There's no comparison to Pounds, he couldn't carry her bag. She's not afraid of the institution, you can tell she's had to navigate its prejudices through her whole career.
