ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Well I'm thinking of how Beauty and the Beast is done. Belle is forced to live with the beast because he took her grandfather lol

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Yeah yeah he could be like a younger brother idk lol

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Would he have a human form though? And since you have a better understanding of the male character, maybe you could be him? If you wanna be the girl that's cool to lol

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) name: Renerva (Ren) Rose Clarke.
Age: 19
Appearance: description

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Sweeeetv

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Her brother taken I guess. I honesty have no idea how to start lol

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) It didn't take long for Ren to discover her brother was missing, considering she only lived with him in a small apartment downtown. Ren was worried the second he didn't come home from school on time. He always inform her if he was staying out with friends or something along that line. Ren spent hours calling everyone she knew about where he was. Sadly, no one knew. Her brother Wyatt was the only person in her family that she had left. She couldn't lose him. Right when she was about to lose her mind, she found a small handwritten note on the nightstand beside her bed. It simply said: we've got him. with an address scribbled on the other side. Ren gasped and changed before running out of the house, running across down to this destination.

((I wasn't sure how else she'd know where he was.. Lol()

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren didn't estimate how far away this place actually was until she had to lessen her sprint to a light jog after running for so long. She gasped for breath, the oxygen in her lungs escaping her mouth in clouds. That's when she noticed how the temperature seemed to have dropped. Her jog turned into a fast walk once she found herself on a gravel road that seemed to lead to no where. The house that was written on the sheet of paper in her hand was before her, standing tall and very eerily. She took a deep breath and pushed the large iron gates open, cringing a little when the old metal whined in protest. She stalked up to the front door and slammed her fist against the thick door.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren almost punched the man, or more the boy in the face when he opened the door. She gasped and took a step back. She crumpled up the piece of paper in her hand and threw it at his face. "You have my brother." She hissed. "I came to take him back. This joke isn't funny. I don't see why it would be." She balled her hands into fists, attempting to size this guy up, but he was a few inches taller than her.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren wasn't expecting for him to turn around and walk into his home. What she was expecting was for the door to slam in her face. But when it didn't, and when she noticed he was silently inviting her in, she halted a little. She swallowed hard and gazed inside the house before deciding to step in, hesitantly. She had the decency to close the big door behind her, the sound of it clicking into place echoing in the foyer. She quickly sped-walked up to the guy, following him up the grand staircase. "Where's my brother?" She asked, the silence killing her. "Hey I'm talking to you!" She shouted, but halted when they reached his father's office. She bit down on her lip, her words and air stuck in her throat.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren was started by the sight of this new man. He was unnaturally tall, well above six feet. She stepped back a little just because she felt a wave of sudden fear roll down her spine. He didn't really look scary; it was just the feeling she got from him, towering over her. His words made her scowl and his laugh made her bones shake. She had no idea who this man was, and what he wanted with her brother. maybe he's in business with our father? she asked herself. It was possible that her father, a cooperate lawyer, would have a few enemies since his job was pretty competitive. But...still. Taking a son from somebody seemed pretty low. "Why not?" She managed to say, her voice strong. "Why did you take him in the first place? He's innocent! He's only thirteen." She threw up her hands, exasperated.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren's looked over her shoulder at Lane when he spoke, scowling at him. Her head whipped around though when Richard spoke again. Ren opened her mouth, but closed it. She had no idea what he want in exchange for her brother's life. But what bothered her the most was that he wouldn't tell her why he had her brother, Jacob, in the first place. "What do you mean it doesn't matter?" She shouted. "You took him from our home!" A tickle in her nose and a tightness in her throat told her tears were coming, but she swallowed the ball of frustration and fear down. She realized, looking at him, that her begging wasn't going to phase him one bit. "What...what do you want?" She asked. "Is it sex, or something? Do you want a new sex slave for your dungeon?" She spat.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) ((Oh right lol ))

Ren wanted to feel upset about how he reacted for the suggestion of sex in return for her brother, but she honestly wasn't. If anything she was relieved. The last thing she wanted to do on this earth was sleep with this awful man. But if it meant her brothers freedom, she would. When he finally gave her the reason, she furrowed her brows tightly. "What?" She blinked. "What kind of thing is that to ask for? You'll have to be more specific than that..." She trailed off, biting her lip. "What if I offered you me instead of him?" She met his haunting eyes. "Let him free in exchange for me. I'll do whatever you ask of me I swear. Just...let him go. Please." She practically begged, her voice breaking.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) It felt like hours past until he finally said something. Not only did his stare up her body rattle her bones, his words did too. She still wanted to know why her brother was taken in the first place, but he was free now so she tried to forget about it for the time being. She gasped when Lane grabbed her arm, startling her for a moment because she forgot he was even there in the first place. She stumbled out of the room behind him, her heart racing. "Will you at least tell me what the fuck this is about?" She yanked her arm out of his grasp. She could walk on her own without his help.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren managed not to whimper when he said he didn't know why her brother was taken either. However, it enraged her that he didn't know or didn't do anything about it like call for help. One phone call could end this all, she thought. Random thoughts moved around in her head as she followed him, blinking in surprise when he showed her a simple room. She assumed she get thrown into a dungeon or something. She swallowed hard and stepped into the room, slowly turning around to face him. She almost jumped with joy when he said she could say goodbye to her brother. She nodded. "Thank you." She whispered.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren found a wide couch to sit on while she waited. She bit down on her lip and pressed her hands tightly together. She thought of her parents and what they must be thinking if they...if they were alive. Herself and Wyatt lived with their aunt and have been for five years now. Their aunt must be worried sick. Ren looked up just in time to see Lane push her brother into the room. "Wyatt!" She shouted, running over to him. she pulled her little brother into her arms and pulled back to make sure he was okay.
"I'm okay." He said, but he looked scared. "What am I doing here, Ren?"
"I don't know." She sighed. "But...you can go home. I'll...I'll figure out why we're both here okay?" She touched his cheek. "Tell Aunt Kath I'm okay."

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) "I'll call the cops". Wyatt told her quietly. "When I get home."
Ren shook her head. "No. That will cause a scene. I think if you did that it would put you and me into greater danger." She told him. "I'll be home soon I promise." She cupped his face in his hands, and flinched when Lane told them to hurry. Ren pressed a kiss to her brothers forehead and stood up, hugging him tightly for a few moments before gently pushing him towards the door. "I love you." She said, tears brimming her eyes.
"I love you to." Wyatt said with tears in his own eyes. He looked up at Lane and nodded, telling him he was ready to go.
"Don't hurt him." Ren warned.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) If she was capable, Ren would have growled at Lane. Instead she just gave him her best death stare. She ran up to the closed and lock door when it shut behind Wyatt, a soft whimper vibrating in her throat. She pressed her forehead into the wood, clamping her eyes shut and shuddering when she heard the grand front door close with a bang.
Wyatt managed to calmly walk out of the manor, regrettably leaving his older sister behind. He hated that she traded places with him but still admired her for it. If he was older and more mature he would have done the same thing. Wyatt looked back at Lane, glaring at him before facing forward and walking towards town.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) The few minutes it took to get to the city line felt like hours. Wyatt had so many things he wanted to know but kept his mouth shut because he was worried his words or actions would reflect badly on Ren. When he saw the city, he slowed his steps a little, half-turning to check on Lane when he spoke. He opened his mouth to ask, but he was already walking away. Wyatt sighed deeply then decided to run the rest off the way home.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren tried to explore the door as much as she could while she waited for God knew what, but it was really just a sitting room with a lot of old boring stuff. She sighed and sat down on one of the many velvet couches, twiddling her thumbs. She looked down at her hands, catching the small tattoo imprinted on the inside of her left wrist. In Roman numerals was the date her parents passed away. She ran her fingers over the faded ink, biting down hard on her lip. She would not cry. Her head whipped up when the door opened and Lane came in, setting a sandwich in front of her. She blinked and looked at it, then looked at him. "You're feeding me now?" She asked bitterly. "What about a bed? Or do I have to sleep on these stupid couches?"

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren scoffed at him and picked up the sandwich, briefly checking out what was in it. She took a small bite and chewed respectfully. She swallowed and looked over at him. "So...what happens now?" She asked him softly, curiously. She wasn't sure if she was just gonna be locked up in this room place and be given food everyday or be put to work to be more useful or productive.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren continued to eat her sandwich while she listened to him, nodding with her brows furrowed. She thought again of the connections her father had with the community, and what his job actually entails. Or why he would possibly have enemies that were willing to lash out at his own children, which seemed to be the only option since he was dead now. That also could be a reason why she was taken. "Are you still not going to tell me why I'm here? Or have an idea since your father has taken others?" She swallowed what was in her mouth.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren furrowed his brows when he spoke. She was surprised he even answered her question in the first place, but was even more surprised to hear that it was something Wyatt did. In her eyes Wyatt was a good kid. He did his homework, kept up a decent grade average and got along with his friends. Because Ren is the only real family member he has left, he always told Ren where he was going when he would go out. If anything she was even more confused. So in response she just nodded, suddenly to tired to argue. She finished off her sandwich and sat back against the couch.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren could hear him leaving, not looking his way, but then turned her head when he suddenly spoke which honestly started her a little. She blinked at him then nodded slightly. "Thanks for...for letting me know." She said softly. She sighed deeply when he left, leaning back against the couch and closing her eyes to let her thoughts settle and her heart rate slow.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) ((Yeah that sounds good!))

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) ((That sounds good!))

At some point during that week, Ren was moved to a very small room. It at least had a bed. That's all that really mattered to Ren, if she were being honest. It was difficult having Lane come bring her food when all she wanted to do was ask him a bunch of questions. But she thought that if she opened her mouth, and would bury herself deeper into a hole she couldn't get out of. So she kept quiet and kept her emotions and facial expressions in check. The only thing she managed to say was "thank you." That particular day when Lane dropped off her dinner, she sat up on her made bed (a habit she had) and just as she opened the lid to her soup, he spoke. She froze and blinked, glancing up at him. Something about his voice made her feel uneasy. "What...what is it?" She asked hesitantly.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) ((Kk))

Ren raised her eyebrows when he told her her supposed fate. All she had to do was clean? She didn't think that was so bad. This place seemed pretty tidy except for the clouds of dust everywhere. It would also probably make her days here go by faster if she was keeping herself busy. And besides; it could be much worse. Ren nodded and curled her hair behind her ears. "What will my days look like? Like, is there certain rooms that need to be cleaned or something like that?" She asked casually.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren nodded along, holding onto his words carefully. So it seemed she was able to explore the house on her own, as long as she was cleaning. That also might aid to the boredom she would eventually feel. "Okay. Seems simple enough she said with a soft sigh. "I don't have to wear a skimpy outfit do I?" She snickered jokingly.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren was pretty sure he was joking. If she did have to wear an outfit then he'd probably laugh and rub it in her face. She ate some bit of her soup since it was warm enough now and looked up at him again. "Yeah is there like schedule or something of what rooms I need to clean? What about supplies?" She scooped more of her soup into her mouth.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren listened to him carefully and nodded. She only asked because she wasn't sure how they did things here. This place was big enough to have its own cleaning room or something of that sort. "Thank you. I'll get right on it." She told him honestly. Not that she was done eating she had nothing else to do with her time. She closed up the lids and scooted out of bed with the tray.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) "I'm guessing I'll be needing to clean this up myself from now on?" She asked him as she sat the tray down just for a moment. She tied her hair back into a messy bun on top of her head. She picked her tray up again and left the small bedroom and headed downstairs towards the kitchen.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren tried not to feel bothered that he was following her like a lost puppy. She assumed he would be like this from here on out, so she knew she had to get used to it. She located the kitchen on her own without any trouble and brought her tray to the sink. Since she didn't waste any food, she she rinsed off her bowl and utensils before putting everything away.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren paused her task, looking over her shoulder at him with a glare. "You should infest in a dishwasher. It's the twenty-first century you know." She mumbled as she took everything she rinsed off back to the sink and washed them all properly with soap. Her mind wasn't in the right set right now. She was relieved that her brother is as out safe but now she had to worry about herself. She wondered if Wyatt would call the cops.. "There," she said once they were properly washed. She grabbed a dry cloth and dried the dishes.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren constructed on drying every dish, making sure she didn't leave one wet spot behind. If he was going to be a pain in her ass already, no doubt he would pounce on any opportunity to be more a pain. She took a minute to locate where each proper dish went, closing the cupboards when she was done. She turned to face him and pursed her lips, gazing around the kitchen. "I could dust." She said. "This place is covered in it. Honestly did you not clean this place before I came here?" She remarked. She might as well be an equal pain back.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren rolled her eyes dramatically. "Of course this place isn't up to my standards." She said. "I hate this place. I have every right to hate the place I'm being held prisoner in." She seethed, then glared at the container of strawberries. "That's not part of my cleaning," she said matter-of-factly. "You can clean your own food." She huffed and left the kitchen while shaking her hips. She found the main floor closet and located the duster. It was one of those old fashioned ones made out of feathers. She shrugged and started dusting the table by the front door, along with the decorations on top of it.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren's muscles twitched under her skin when she felt him follow her and watch her dust. It wouldn't be long before she snapped at him for being damn straight annoying. She looked at the flower in a glass jar that he pointed out. "Why is the rose in there?" She asked while she ran the duster over it a few times, making here she got ever inch of it.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren shrugged and went on with her business, moving along to the staircase banister. She was able to focus more and think to herself until he reappeared. She looked over at the bowl in his hands, then up at him. "If I say yes you won't give me one. I know what you're trying to do." She turned away with a sigh.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren looked over at him as he spoke, his words making her hands clench into fists. She could care less about the strawberries. "No thank you." She replied, then slowly dusted off the stairs banister, making her way to the very top. She rotated her neck to get some kinks out then cracked her knuckles. This job was gonna put some harm onto her body.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren glanced down the grand staircase, his words echoing throughout the large foyer of the mansion. She shrugged her shoulders casually. "What do you expect after being locked in a house with no physical activity?" She retorted. "Find more relevant things to comment on, buddy. Otherwise you're wasting your time." She said. With that, she turned on her heels and entered the first room on the top floor which seemed to be a sitting room. She started dusting away, sighing deeply.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren made her deep sigh obvious to him when he returned to be a pest. She vaguely listened to him. "It does actually float my boat so again, irrelevant." She said. "If you don't like how I'm cleaning your house you can very well do it on your own." She tossed the duster at him when she was done cleaning the shelves, then reached down and shoved his feet off the table. "Asshole." She muttered.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) "What path?" She threw her hands up in annoyance. "I'm not trying to go down and path. It's you who's making sure I go down this said path of failure." She retorted. "Now would you please take your feet off the table that I would like to dust please?" She asked. She propped one hand on her hip and gave him a look.
((Sorry for shortness; there isn't much to say right now lol))

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Typically, Ren rolled her her eyes when he did as she requested of him. When he mentioned her attitude, she snickered. "You don't have to like my attitude." She told him while she brushed the feathered duster along the coffee table. "In fact, you don't have to like anything about me. I don't want you to." She moved aside towards a bookcase. She pursed her lips and studied a few of the spines, noticing that some looked like first editions of classics. "Are these first-editions?" She asked.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren nodded at his question. She felt a slight sense of easiness when they weren't bickering. "I love reading," she told him. "My mother is a writer so I guess it has been imbedded in me since birth." She shrugged. She reached out and touched the spine of Jane Eyre. "Can I look at it?" She asked. "I'll be gentle I promise."

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren was surprised when he said she could take a look. She even looked at him briefly and raised an eyebrow, but nodded. "Thanks." She said. She felt chills go down her spine at the mention of his father. She's only met him once but it only took the one meeting to decide that he wasn't the right person to tick off. Carefully, Ren pulled the leather bound book from the case, flipped it over and ran a hand down the front. A small smile crept on her lips. She was holding an ancient book that probably costed a shit tone of money. Ren used her index finger and thumb to open to the first page. The cracking of the spine and the old smell to it made her smile grow even wider. "This is so cool." She murmured, staring down at the print.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) Ren pulled her gaze away from the book when he spoke. She smiled at him and nodded. She didn't particularly like him but she admitted that he appeared to be easy or talk to, or decently nice when he wasn't trying to be a prick. "She didn't read you this heavy classics did she?" She joked. "What was your favourite story to listen to?" She asked with a small smile. Neither of her parents read to her, at least not after she learned to read herself. When she was able to read the words off the pages herself her parents never read another word to her out loud. That was her own choice though.

ᎻꮖꮐꮋᏞꭺꭰꭹ (hollywaug) When he took the book from her she pouted cutely and watched him put it away. She expected him to take out Peter Pan or something of that sort, but of all things, he pulled out Pride and Prejudice and placed it in her hand. She giggled and gaped down at the book. "No way!" She exclaimed. She carefully opened up the book to the first page. "Are you secretly a hopeless romantic because of this?" She teased, glancing up at him.
