((I wasn't sure how else she'd know where he was.. Lol()

Ren wanted to feel upset about how he reacted for the suggestion of sex in return for her brother, but she honestly wasn't. If anything she was relieved. The last thing she wanted to do on this earth was sleep with this awful man. But if it meant her brothers freedom, she would. When he finally gave her the reason, she furrowed her brows tightly. "What?" She blinked. "What kind of thing is that to ask for? You'll have to be more specific than that..." She trailed off, biting her lip. "What if I offered you me instead of him?" She met his haunting eyes. "Let him free in exchange for me. I'll do whatever you ask of me I swear. Just...let him go. Please." She practically begged, her voice breaking.

"I'm okay." He said, but he looked scared. "What am I doing here, Ren?"
"I don't know." She sighed. "But...you can go home. I'll...I'll figure out why we're both here okay?" She touched his cheek. "Tell Aunt Kath I'm okay."

Ren shook her head. "No. That will cause a scene. I think if you did that it would put you and me into greater danger." She told him. "I'll be home soon I promise." She cupped his face in his hands, and flinched when Lane told them to hurry. Ren pressed a kiss to her brothers forehead and stood up, hugging him tightly for a few moments before gently pushing him towards the door. "I love you." She said, tears brimming her eyes.
"I love you to." Wyatt said with tears in his own eyes. He looked up at Lane and nodded, telling him he was ready to go.
"Don't hurt him." Ren warned.

Wyatt managed to calmly walk out of the manor, regrettably leaving his older sister behind. He hated that she traded places with him but still admired her for it. If he was older and more mature he would have done the same thing. Wyatt looked back at Lane, glaring at him before facing forward and walking towards town.

At some point during that week, Ren was moved to a very small room. It at least had a bed. That's all that really mattered to Ren, if she were being honest. It was difficult having Lane come bring her food when all she wanted to do was ask him a bunch of questions. But she thought that if she opened her mouth, and would bury herself deeper into a hole she couldn't get out of. So she kept quiet and kept her emotions and facial expressions in check. The only thing she managed to say was "thank you." That particular day when Lane dropped off her dinner, she sat up on her made bed (a habit she had) and just as she opened the lid to her soup, he spoke. She froze and blinked, glancing up at him. Something about his voice made her feel uneasy. "What...what is it?" She asked hesitantly.

Ren raised her eyebrows when he told her her supposed fate. All she had to do was clean? She didn't think that was so bad. This place seemed pretty tidy except for the clouds of dust everywhere. It would also probably make her days here go by faster if she was keeping herself busy. And besides; it could be much worse. Ren nodded and curled her hair behind her ears. "What will my days look like? Like, is there certain rooms that need to be cleaned or something like that?" She asked casually.

((Sorry for shortness; there isn't much to say right now lol))
