I am thoroughly disgusted with Shae's actions (Her lies). I am pretty sure she was paid off by Cersei. I thought she had a genuine interest in Tyrion but we all know that money talks.

I was really surprised by her action, but she could have forced to do it by Cersei, Inc.
Also, I don't think she liked not only Tyrion marrying Sansa, but having to be Sansa's maid must have been a little hard to accept.
