I kind of want to say Nathan Fillion to narrate the audiobook, just because of the Firefly comparisons. :P
I pictured Colin O'Donoghue, who plays Hook in Once Upon A Time, and I suppose a mix of Gerrard from Magic: The Gathering (who...looks a lot like Colin O'Donoghue), as Frey.I pictured Alyn Tudyk for Crake, though quite differently than Wash, in spite of the Firefly similarities.
Everyone else I believe was more a unique conjuring in my mind, I would need to think more on it for casting :)

More than a few audiobooks have fallen flat for me because of this, in spite of otherwise clear delivery with a smooth voice in general narration.
Harrison Ford 40 years ago for Frey, Danny McBride as Pinn, I think Alan Tudyk would be great for Crake, John C. Reilly as Hawkins, I picture Silo as Jamaican but could kinda picture Vin Diesel in that role. And if you could get the right moustache on him John Goodman as Malvery. I'll second Ellen Page as a decent Jez.
Wow, I'm loving all these casting choices! :D I'm gonna try reading with these in mind, but I'm keeping my Frey haha
For some reason John Turturro is shouting at me as having to be cast in a film version, not entirely sure who as though, maybe Pinn?
I'm listening to this on audiobook, and all the crew are voiced as Brits (the narrator is English) except for Frey who has an American accent and Jez, who inexplicably sounds Australian.

I can see that.
I can see that.

How about audiobook adaptation? Anyone you'd eye up purely on voice?
