Merging my books

Currently, my novella Taken in the Dark of Night has two listings where there should be just one. It is the same edition, both independently published through Amazon, Smashwords, Kobo, and other, but few of the purchase links work in both. The old version still features the old cover (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...). Moreover, I cannot seem to add the new version (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/3... my author's profile. This is especially concerning to me because I've started receiving reviews, but those reviews apply to a later edition than where they are written.

Could one of the librarians help me merge and gain access to my books' information, please? Thank you very much.

Goodreads adds an edition for every format, so the ebook and Kindle edition should both stay. Every edition has their own links. Amazon's won't work on the ebook, and vice versa.

I have moved the paperback to your profile (which has 3 spaces between first and last names to distinguish you from other authors with the same name) and combined it with the other editions. Added cover from Amazon.
