That hand removal seems so cruel but not uncommon in this world.
I wonder if the right hand was chosen on purpose knowing that is Jaime's sword hand or if it was just a coincidence.
This book is great. I normally don't have this much spare time to read but it has worked out well because I can hardly put it down.

Well they say that is you lose a sense (Ex. sight) your other senses (hearing, touch) will work harder and will make up for the loss. I would think in time his left hand would do the same. So I agree with you.

I'm still confused about why Bolton is being so nice about Jaime and Brienne. They technically broke the word of/went against his lord.
