Combine editions please

My book recently morphed into 2 editions listed as "ebook (Smashwords)" and "Kindle Edition." These are the identical book, they're just listed differently on different websites. Is there a way to combine them?
Also, when this happened the reviews dropped to 0 on both (there are 2 reviews that I found).

The editions are already combined: https://www.goodreads.com/work/editio... (ebook and Kindle are two separate editions)

I refreshed the stats, but the rating details usually take a while to reflect the actual reviews. One review was added only yesterday.
