And in wikipedia (Uzbek wiki) his name is Odil Yoqubov

I can't find any English translations of his work, but both the Library of Congress and WorldCat have Odil Ëqubov as the preferred spelling, so I'm thinking that should be his primary name (unless someone familiar with this author knows of a better "international" name).

BUT it does not mean that the other spellings should be merged into this one. All the versions that appear on the covers are valid as well.

So: Adil Yakuboğlu should be the secondary author on the books that have that spelling;
Adil Yakubov should be the secondary author on the books that have that spelling;
Adyl Jakubow should be the secondary author on f.e. this German book: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
and there may be more.

A lot of different profiles for one author, but that's the way it is.
