Rowan didn't cheat on his mate. He left his mate because Maeve called on him. And when he returned, she was dead.

I thought in Queen of Shadows he said his mate died when he was laying with another woman?
Maybe it just says he was with another woman.....I bet that's it.
Maeve called him out in order to redeem himself from something and he accepted. So he left his mate without knowing she was pregnant. Their village was raided and she was killed.
Wait he wasn't redeeming himself. He just did it to get Maeve's attention/respect
No, after Lyria died Rowan slept around with other women and had flingish relationships

If anything the older brothers would be at each other's own throats to become the high lord of the Autumn Court.
Also why the hate on Elain...why wouldn't she be High Lady material? I mean you are entitled to your opinion but for all we know Sarah J Maas could make Elain into a badass. It kind of annoys me how much everyone treated Elain like she was glass and acted like she was helpless. I think there could be a lot more to her character. In an interview recently Sarah J Maas said she was going to explore Elain more in book three.
I guess we will all just have to wait until book three to see how things really turn out.
I wasn't saying Elain is flaky, and I wasn't hating on her. And she is totally not made of glass, that girl is solid steel. Actually next to Feyre and the Suriel, Elain is my 4th favorite character.(Rhys is first, of course). I'm saying that she has no connection to Tamlin whatsoever, or any connection to the spring court (except through Feyre) at all. So why would she rule there? Also, Rhysand said that, correct me if I'm wrong, high ladies are supposed to be as rare as mating bonds. So, while there is a chance it could happen (because, hey, people are discovering mating bonds left and right), there is a higher chance of Elain not becoming anything super significant.

LolI think I love all the characters on the good side (aka everyone other than Tamlin, Ianthe, Jurian, the King of Hybern, the queens, etc)

The Suriel kills me every time. He's like Kim Woobin on Heirs, every time he shows up I'm just like, XO!!!! He's the all seeing uncle. At least, I think it's a he.
I wish this wasn't a trilogy...agh I don't know what I am going to do with my life after the third book. I feel like there is a lot that could happen and Maas could totally stretch the series out longer. There is so much to cover in book three I don't know how it will all end without seeming kind of rushed. Sure, Sarah J Maas is OF COURSE going to pull off the next book brilliantly yet...I just wish there were five ACOTAR books. I am going to miss the gang so much I just can't.
Next theory-- Nessian sexy times
Those two are my new OTP I need more Nessian. They will probably be mates and I just hope that besides trying to kill each other they have sweet moments too.
Speaking of Nesta I am dying to know what powers she will have. At the end of ACOMAF Feyre said that she could tell Nesta was very powerful and that she took more from the cauldron than the cauldron wanted to give or something along those lines. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN.
Nesta has become my favorite character surprisingly. I didn't like her in the first book but she grew on me in ACOMAF. In an interview recently Maas said Nesta is going to be very important in the third book. So happy that this means that Nesta will most likely be more involved and have more page time.
I know. I love Nessian, too. It broke my heart how Cassian was trying to reach for Nesta when she was being put into the Cauldron. But he couldn't do anything because of his wings :(

I WILL CRY IF THAT HAPPENS. But like what if they make prosthetic wings? Lucien has his eye. I think it would be pretty cool, but the whole "sensitive wings" situation wouldn't apply to Cassian anymore. That's essential for the steamy scenes. I just hope they'll heal back to normal.

Well actually, Lucien now belongs to the Spring Court so I believe if anything were to happen to Tamlin ( WHICH I HOPE WILL) I think Lucien will become the high lord because he is already Tamlin's right hand man and if Tool doesn't have any offspring than I see no reason as to why Lucien wouldn't be high lord and if he does Elain can rule by his side as High Lady because let's be honest she belongs in the spring court
I wish they could use spider silk like how Manon used it to fix Abraxos' wings.........
Do you think Lucien will make her his High Lady? If that does go down, I'm so worried he won't. Maybe Feyre and Rhys will start a trend of that happening

I'm just saying she doesn't come across as an authority figure, especially because of how much Nesta shields her from everything. When Feyre was out in the woods killing things and saving her family, Elain and Nesta were still whining about needing new clothes and buying ribbon. They weren't proactive. Neither of them come across as leadership or diplomatic material. As far as I understand it, a High Lady is basically a queen.

Haha I feel the same! He's (it's?) the real MVP here lol. Where would they all be without the Suriel?

OMG!! I didn't even think of Kim Woo Bin, good one though but on another note...I hated heirs sorry.
I think with Elain's new transformation and how it was done without her consent, it's going to change her. Nesta probably will become more angrier and more aggressive. I feel like Elain will open her eyes to the injustice of the Fae World and change probably like Feyre did. So, I think Elain will definitely change in the 3rd book but still remain soft in the inside somehow. Sarah J. Maas is unpredictable like watch Elain turn out to put everyone in their places or kill them with kindness I don't know.
If Elain and Lucian develop a bond through their mating, Lucian will probaly realise that she's ok. When this happens he'll trust Feyre more and team up with her or help her escape. Also if Fire Night has happened what if Tamlin's Maiden was Ianthe. Something happened in SC while Feyre was away, and I think Ianthe had something to do with it. Maybe the High Priestess' want to rule Prythian(or become high ladies) and what if something Ianthe did ensured that she rules SC

Potential deaths:King of Hybern- he will kill a main character(Elain?), and will get slaughtered(by Nesta) like what Feyre did to the Attor
Tamlin- death by sacrifice for retribution for his actions or guilt
Amren- something to do with her history or the Book
Luciens father- killed by Lucien
I think Mor's father may try and overthrow Rhys, with help from their enemies, and will be killed by Mor or Azriel
Cassian- he promised to protect Feyres sisters, and may end up sacrificing himself- especially for Nesta if she is his mate
Rhys-I think its highly unlikely Feyre will die, as she is High Lady and would take his place, but he might have to make the ultimate sacrifice
King of Hybern is definitely gonna die. I think that there has to be a death on the good side, too. If anyone is gonna die, let it be Feyre's father (as a sacrifice?). Tamlin also has high chances of dying. Either he'll die or make serious amends.
I'm kind of hoping that the tool finds his mate, realizes what he's done and makes stuff easier for Feyre. He was only insecure and had his reasons, after all. Everyone deserves a second chance.
I feel like Tamlin will die and the King of Hybern.And did I miss something, why does everyone think Rhysand is going to die!! :**(
Maas said they were an endgame, but do you think she's still going to kill one? She already, technically killed Feyre.
Well SJM said she wouldn't leave Tamlin like that and that has to go through his own "journey" so he may or may not die. But the King of Hybern definitely should because there is no redeeming him.
The king is gonna die but I don't think Maas will have a villain be evil just like that. I think there will be a story or something. I like that she does that because everybody has reasons to do anything that they do- good or bad.
What does anyone think will happen to Mr Archeron?

I don´t hate Elain but I don´t like her. At least for now, her character could not exist and that wouldn´t change anything in then plot. I agree, she needs character development. I´m curious about Mr. Archeron.
What would he do when he finds out that his daughters were taken by the King of Hybern ( don't know if I spelled that right).

I was thinking about this the other day and I realized (Disney Movie Version of Beauty and the Beast): Feyre-Belle, Tamlin-Gaston, Lucien-LaFoo, Rhys-Beast, Cassian-Lumiere, Amren-Cogsworth, but I dont know about Mor or Azriel.
