Do you have an idea for the group?

If enough people in the group like to write, maybe writing challenges is something they'd/we'd be interested in? Goodreads has a creative writing section under the community tab. Maybe there's a way we could use that in the group. We could even assign writing topics for the challenges. Like:
"Write something from your life"
or
"Write a story where the main character is an undercover spy"
The possibilities are endless! And they wouldn't have to be long stories, they could be short stories or even poems. The group could read them, and vote for a winner. We could all swap constructive criticism for our writing (unless the writer asked not to receive criticism).

I also had an idea for the group. Under the community tab, I found quizzes and trivia, so maybe someone could volunteer to write a short quiz for the BOTM. We could all post our scores, and the top scorers could lead the discussion for the next book or anything the moderator approves of.
