these are books from ur shelf that interest me. I like books based Mahabharata and hindu mythology too. I want to read Paulo Coelho books also. so its tough choice for me

Ahemmm..Guys I'll take it from here..:pAarti you have just got the best of them and made it difficult for me to choose. We can do a BR cum Copycat if you choose Jaya. With a Yuganta in my hand it will be interesting to see how these two authors dissect the Mahabharata differently.
But choose anyone of em and you will not be dissapointed. If you have a busy month ahead go on with Mice and Men/Malgudi days/Last leaf.
Looking at your Read and by To read, only one came up was Yuganta and thanks to Gorab, I got a copy yesterday. Your 5 stars and I am not looking for anything else :D
I have read dift books on Maharabharata but all in Marathi. I m not sure if I will be comfortable and get that feeling with Maharabharata in English.

Aarti, like Arpit mentioned, you are new to classics so you can read some easy books before trying Shakespeare. This way you will be able to appreciate it more :-)
I read first chapter. I havent read blurb or anything. it feels its childern's book
Mockingbird is from the point of view of a child. Keep relishing the experience.
