BONUS QUESTION:
Which of these cases did NOT bring the subject of witchcraft up in court, as a defense or for any other reason?

Bonus Question: I am thinking it must have been a case where the prosecutors weren't allowed to mention anything about witchcraft because it was deemed to be too prejudicial. Something along those lines. So, I am going to guess and say it was Richard Ramirez's trial ... for the above reason and also because he was a satanist and not a witch anyway.
