Thank you all for ignoring this funeral, to see this group die has broken my heart, and to see you all here would probably kill me as well. Thank you all for your RP, may your stories be forever told by the ruins of this group.
oh, hi, i hate that i have to reload my page to see stuff. i just typed like an entire eulogy before reloading
but maybe it is time to try again, maybe come up with a new story, a new universe to be explored, and new races to populate the numerous worlds.
Yes to be honest I have made two prequels to this group and both have meet the same fate. Honestly I don't think that Goodreads rps as they our could ever do this story justice, but don't worry. For in time I find a way to give this grand epic the justice it deserves.
If you find a way tell me, for the short time i was here, i loved this group, but eventually it seems that everyone drifted away from the imposing threat and this became a casual "all is right with the world" RP group
Yeah not enough people were very interested in setting up the main story with me and the other mods. Goodreads role players I've found in general don't much care for a good story. They only really seek to play out their fantasies.
I miss plot driven RP, it's been so long since I was a part of an epic battle between the forces of good and evil...or a small fight...
or a relevant verbal conflict.
As dead as it may be here, would either of you mind if I invited a couple of friends from another group, to try to rebuild a little.
Hello all! Thank you for trying to help rebuild this group from the ground up, this group was my first, and I want it to also be my last!>: }
I don't know anymore, I was thinking resurrection, but as usual people join a group and forget that it exists.three of my friends joined and forgot, proving that perhaps, I should move on. I guess everything must die eventually. I just though that I could prolong the inevitable, I guess I couldn't. >: [
It's odd to have three themed groups around a central idea, because I forget which one is past, present, or future.
hmm...I suppose, but time is an easy concept for me, I view time as every choice you make makes another timeline where you made the other choice, which inevitably would create a timeline where nothing went wrong, but of course every timeline, except for a select few, would result in a doomed timeline.
the select few are timelines where the correct choices were made by everyone to facilitate the creation of a new universe, then we repeat the process, who knows how many times, until we inevitably end up with another iteration of this universe, completing the never ending bootstrap paradox of universe creation.
thew doomed timelines will either cease to exist or simply sit there stagnant of all eternity until all of the stars burn out and it eventually implodes upon itself, which i guess would start(or continue) a different bootstrap paradox.
I would describe the bootstrap paradox, but without a useful and reliable example, I don't think that I would do a very good job.
