Personality:
Minnie is mainpulative and convincing. She can manipulate others, causing them to judge her. She is clever and works well with electrics.

History:
She was born into the middle class of district 3. She was remarkably clever for those her age, even able to deactivate the electric fence surrounding her district. Unlike others with this talent, she was more willing to use it for her own ends. When she was 9 years old, her father electrocuted himself after accidentally touching the electric fence. After grieving, she found a way to deactivate it. Intends to win the games and overthrow the capitol,
and create the Capitol Games. Volunteered for the games in place of and 18 year-old.
