here is the information I was instructed to give to link my book to my profile page:

The books that I did NOT write that are linked to my name:

The other thing I'm not sure if you can help with is that my book is listed under David Hallett LMT through Amazon and when it comes up on Goodreads, it's listed under just David Hallett?
