No I'm so sorry none of those were the right book. But now I'm eager to read all of them! I'm trying to remember more details about the story. I am fairly certain the divorcee who invested in the ranch did so through her accountant/financial adviser or friend who saw an ad that the rancher had placed. I'm sure it was to be short term.
I believe when she showed up at the ranch she arrived in a flashy car and I'm thinking sexy shorts or skirt and high heels. They may have been red high heels; that image keeps popping up in my brain. I remember there was another couple, maybe sibling sister was pregnant living on the ranch.
The ranchers ex was a really evil callous selfish b****! She and the new rival rancher she left him for, keep trying to ruin him so they can take his ranch.
She was pregnant when she left, and she didn't tell him. They get their HEA through another ad I think he placed it.

She had just divorced a pompous jerk. I think she was just looking for something different to run away from her previous society life. Her friend or financial adviser or maybe even her lawyer found the ranch as an investment for her. No, they did not know each other prior to the investment.

It is about a divorced woman who has invested in a ranch owned by an ex-rodeo bronc/bull rider and his siblings. I can't remember any of the characters names. The rancher has a gold digging ex wife who is now with a another rancher who wants to get his ranch. I remember reading a scene where the divorcee and rancher are in a grocery store and run into his gold digging ex and rival rancher. The rancher was not happy about having an outside investor and refuses to let divorcee invest any more money as he wants the ranch to remain family owned. Obviously, they are attracted to each other and sleep together. The divorcee organizes a rodeo and invites ranchers rodeo friends to come and help him, which they gladly do. This angers him and embarrasses him. Rival rancher and gold digging ex planned some big event at his ranch same weekend and were unhappy that their event wasn't successful as the rodeo divorcee planned. Eventually divorcee finds out she's pregnant. I can't remember if they argue or why she she leaves and goes back to Dallas? But I think she was going to sell the house from her divorce settlement. I remember something about someone telling her ex that she looked great and was pregnant. She reads classifieds and finds an ad rancher placed looking for her and she goes back to him.
