Working on a paranormal/fantasy adult novel. I have about 22k words and I'm looking for some critiques with plot movement, pacing, continuity.

My story follows the main characted Samantha Adams in her journey after she has died and goes to "the After" and follows as she completes her process, but there are some unexpected developments along the way that complicate things.

Would love to get fresh eyes on it and offer mine for someone else.
