Michael Scharen | 147 comments Hello,

After many weeks of struggle, self-education, and acute frustration, my website now has a multi-cryptocurrency (+ApplePay/Visa) shopping cart. Yes, I designed it myself, so don't be so critical :) Also featured is purchasing via Bitcoin Only through the Bitcoin Lightning Network.

michaelsbookcorner.com is a website displaying each of my books. There are descriptions, book trailers, and information on the author. Of course we have the obligatory author's blog, interviews, etc.

These books are for sale exclusively on my website.

We also have a bit of fun with Martian Weather Reports as well as a feed from the International Space Station.

Let's hope to see a few visitors from Goodreads.com!

Cheers!

P.J. Anderson | 2 comments Hi all. My author website for my new action/adventure novel (with a healthy dose of sci-fi) is:
https://pjanderson.ampbk.com/

The novel is entitled Zenith, by P.J. Anderson

The synopsis: A teenage brother and sister, and members of a secret military unit, face life-changing choices and find new purpose after an alien spacecraft crashes off the coast of Queensland, Australia.

Written for young adults, and adults young at heart, Zenith is a real rollercoaster of a ride until the very end.

Teresa Vale | 9 comments Hi all.

My book website is www.lovesecretslies.com

About Love Secrets Lies

Paradise is no more. She’s a stranger in her new home...
as she sails the choppy waters of teen life. Teresa longs for picture-perfect love, but in the real world you often have to say “No”, even if it breaks your heart. From tropical Mozambique to drab, 1970s Lisbon, from the golden beaches of Durban to five-star holidays in verdant, mountainous Madeira, and even the Moroccan kasbah, follow Teresa as she stumbles and falls and picks herself up again. Will Teresa’s grandparents let her out of their sight for a minute? Can she forge her own path in a country that struggles to emerge from fear and taboo? Will she find true love, or is she forever fated to navigate an ocean of boys who demand more than she is willing to give?

If you enjoy music of the seventies, you’ll find Teresa’s playlist on the website, with every song mentioned in the book.

The 'threatening' message you sent to my inbox has been uploaded on my website for everyone to see.
It saddens me that there are people like you who think you can extort new authors by threatening to post bad reviews about their book... without even reading it.
You should know that besides being a writer, I am a lawyer too. Thread carefully...

I can accept honest critique about my book, but I refuse to succumb to blackmail!

My question is, who is out there reading these blogs?

I've only had a few likes and one contact who left a comment for one of my articles.

message 1331: by Lynn (new)

Lynn Bushell (lynnbushell) | 7 comments OK. If we're all posting our websites, mine is http://www.lynnbushellart.co.uk. It's 15 years old and in those days I was a painter, not a writer, so it's a tad out of date. I've published 4 books since then but going back to the website with its paintings is a bit like reading an old diary. Up-dating it would be destroying the past, so there it stays. I get emails saying "I thought you were a writer". "So did I", I reply, but my web-site says differently.

Michele James (michelejamesauthor) | 5 comments Michele James
My author website is www.michelejamesauthor.com. My four book, Destined series are fantasy/historical romances full of adventure and steam, with the first book set in ancient Mesopotamia and each successive book moving forward in time and generations. I love me an alpha male and a strong heroine, and that's who I write.

message 1333: by Rod (new)

Rod Butler Im not one of the lucky ones with a book website and being a bit IT illiterate, I just have my Amazon page, where on Kindle it can be read for free, or in paperback if, like me, you enjoy seeing your favourites on a bookshelf. Take a look, I'm even getting 5* reviews, so someone is reading it.........

Ryan Stabile (ryan_stabile) | 21 comments Cool websites, everyone! I must have built about 30 different websites in my times so I can definitely appreciate a nice, clean web layout. Plus, every author NEEDS to own the domain name they use to publish books ;-)

A few of my own, www.wordsareswordspublishing.com is the site of a small press publishing agency I founded in 2014. If anyone needs help putting together their own author website or anything else, we are a turnkey solution for book marketing.

Speaking of book marketing, www.ryanstabile.com is my personal site where I share the book marketing strategies I use and determine what works and what is a waste of time.

Lastly, I started www.newbooksandauthors.com last year to help indie authors publicize their books for free. If you want to do an interview or guest post, drop me a line!

David Grunwell (73581526-david-grunwell) | 5 comments https://dgrunwell.com/

Hello, I am David Grunwell author of the science fiction novel The Fall of Heaven, described as, "The Bourne Identity meets Blade Runner," and The War Within, described as "John Wick meets Blade Runner."

My fantasy series, The Adventures of Ruferto Basaretti: Trolls and Other Trouble, Prophecies and Other Problems, and Dark Elf Danger, don't have cool movie pitch lines (yet) from my readers like my sci-fi books do. They are not like other fantasy novels or movies, even with undead armies, elves, gnomes, and rampaging goblins. They are lightly aimed at young adult, though they are popular with all ages.

I have created all my websites, covers, and marketing. I have the prequel to The Fall of Heaven underway.
