Detective Chief Inspector E. Morse of the Thames Valley Police meets Anne Scott at a party hosted by Mrs Murdoch in North Oxford. Six months later Anne Scott is found hanging in her kitchen at 9 Canal Reach, Jericho, Oxford. Initially Chief Inspector Bell, from the closer Oxford Central station on St. Aldate's Street, is assigned to the case; but a fortnight later Morse takes over the investigation and subsequently both of Mrs Murdoch's sons, Edward "Ted" Murdoch and Michael Murdoch, as well as Anne Scott's former employers, brothers Charles Richards and Conrad Richards, and Charles's wife, Celia, come to the attention of Morse. As do Ms Scott's neighbours, including the nosy handyman George Jackson, and Sophocles's Oedipus Rex
My book is called I hear your voice. Ten years ago, a little kid called Chester and his dad was going on a trip to eat dinner. Out of no where a truck crash his car and put them in a terrible situation. The driver knew about Chesters dad and had a rival. So the driver took a metal pipe and beat his dad till he die but coincidentally two high school girls was watching for a far and took a picture. Chester was rescued and was brought to the court. The two high schoolers became the witness and they both became terrified science the murderer warned them not to come or else they would be murdered when he was freed. ten years later Chester reunited with the high schoolers and protect them from the murderer who was now freed. The murderer killed one of the girls mother and accused her death by fire. Chester had a one on one battle with the murderer and tried to kill the murderer but instead stab Emma, who is one of the high schooler, and was accused for trying to murder someone. They all found out that he did not intended to kill someone. So, the murderer was sentenced to death. Chester fall in love with Emma and married her in the end.

Vicky Warshowski, a tough and smart yet beautiful private detective who is always looking forward to find out answers of her questions travelled to Chicago, United States of America in search of the cause of death of her cousin Boom Boom who was a former hockey star. Everyone had assumed her beloved cousin to commit suicide, however, Vic can't accept this fact and kept on insisting that it was a murder. To find more about this case, Vic visited many different places to ask questions regarding to her cousin's tragic death. However this caused more people to die and Vic struggled to find the real murderer as she had too many options which includes a grain company, Boom Boom's lover and some other people.
My book is berlin express by michael austin.The book is all about how a japanese student named Hiro Akashi is going on a holiday to berlin.While he was in a train to berlin, he met a person whom looks so alike to a shark. His name,is shark .When he went to the toilet,Hiro accidentally read a message from the sharks phone.(They coincidentally have the same NOKIA phone).The message had said about an assasination plan on an important person whom is hiding secretly in a luxurious hotel.Everyone that hiro reported to did not believe him except for mr.schmidth's colleague alias personal bodyguard.It was then Hiros fate to stop the plot of a very important person(Mr.schmidth) and make his passed away grandfather proud.When hiro bravely stopped the plot,he made a trip back home.This trip was to ask forgiveness from his ex .On the end, Hiro got a letter from mr schmidt.A letter telling how much grateful he is,and what a samurai Hiro is.This book is very interesting,i recommend it. i rate this book a 4/5 stars
There's a man called John, a successful television producer. He has an assistant called Jenny who has a ghost story which she think she if filmed it the audience will love the story. It's happened at three different cities and three different men, they never know each other. Three of them were driving alone at night to a small village and then they saw a woman. Standing there alone at the side of the road, dressed in pale white . As they drove fast she puts her hand outs she was hitch hiking and they stopped. And the women walk in and sit behind. Suddenly she start crying and said her car is broken. Not long after that she said she wanna stop. They began realized that her face was wet, her hair and also her dress. After John heard the story from Jenny, his face turn white. John said that, the story so similar like his story. He meet with his wife as same as those three men. John start think whether her wife is a ghost. He meet his wife when she was standing alone at the side of the road wearing a white dress also. After that he start investigate together with Jenny. They drove together to that small village and talk to the police there and ask him whether he know about the story of lady in white. That policeman told them that long time ago there was an accident which killed a lady and her baby. After heard that story John really scared that her wife is a ghost so he drove alone to that small village at night time and waiting for that lady in white. After waiting for a while there is lady come by dressed all white, start knocking his car door. John start the engine and drive home called his wife hoping his wife pick up the phone. He's so glad finally his wife pick up the phone and feel relieve that his wife is staying at home, itmeans his wife is not a ghost.Book: The Lady In White

The book that I read this week is Brat Farrar and I chose this book because it sounds like a very interesting. This book is written by the a famous author named Josephine Tey. This book contains a little bit of mystery and crime. The main characters in this story are Simon and Brat Farrar. Simon came from a very rich family called the Ashby family. The Ashby family was a very rich family until the Simon's parents passed away. After a few years, Simon met Brat Farrar who looks just like him, and they planned to commit a crime. I really recommend this book since the story is quite interesting and it's not boring. Book : Brat Farrar

This week I read the book called David Copperfield. David Copperfield tells the story when he was young. As a young boy, he lives with his mother and his nurse, Peggotty. His father died before he was born. After his father's death, his mother married a man named Mr. Murdstone. Mr. Murdstone is always violent to David, so Mr. Murdstone sent David to school. A few time later his mother died and he had to live with Pegotty.I rate this book 4/5
the book I, Robot tells how they have influenced the development of robots over the years which begins with an interview to a robot psychologist who specialize in making robots like humans. the book was too futuristic that could leave the reader of a vision into the future.the psychologist is called Susan Calvin who works with the US Robot and Mechanical Men most of her career and at her seventies she was interviewed and she told a story about a robot ,nursemaid, who helps a young girl who was then purchased to take care of her but her family and others thinks that the robot was dangerous but there was once she was saved by the robot and that time the mother change her thoughts in robots and so Dr. Calvin tell how robot can protect us but i will disagree on how robots can help us since robots may have their own smart mindset in the future which can be dangerous if the robot wants to create more of his type and overtake the earth which can lead humans to slave or even dead but if all the robots help humans to rise then there will no problem that we, humans, will face. Overall, this book was quite great since the story line is interesting so i will rate this book 4/5.

David copperfieldalthough he is only eight years old, Mr Murdstone does beat him, and David is so frightened that he bites his cruel stepfather's hand. For that, he is kept locked in his room for five days and nights, and nobody is allowed to speak to him.
As David grows up, he learns that life is full of trouble and misery and cruelty. But he also finds laughter and kindness, trust, friendship and love.
My book this week is called the fruit cake special it is a story about a perfume that attracts man. I rate this book 2 star because i dont like girls to win so lol. I recommend this book for girls who like to wins
