SOLVED. female profiler is transported to another world ! [s]

I began reading this series some time ago. I never finished it but i really want to read it, I really liked it so - here's a quick summary of what i remember;

A female profiler for the CIA or somthing like that, is transported in to another world, the world is pretty much like the one she came from except for the fact that there is almost no humans, the world is inhabited mostly by supernatural creatures, like vampires, werewolf's, golems and so on..
she have be brought to that world because they have no experience with psychological illnesses or stuff like that and they need her expertise with it to solve crime.
It is a book series with a fantasy/crime theme to it.
