One meaning is that twins often come out with characteristics that are the same, but on the opposite side of the body - for example, one is left-handed, one is right-handed. One has a mole on the right cheek, one on the left cheek. but not sure if that's what this question is getting at.

They have the same DNA so how can you prove which one did the crime? You can prove it if you can show the murderer was right or left handed because the twins will be opposite. Am I close?
