Worldcat gives 247 pages for this ISBN. If you have a copy of this book, could you verify the page count?

On Goodreads, all pages belonging to the book are counted, except introductory pages in Roman numerals, adverts for and previews of other books. So included are f.e. the last unnumbered page of the text, an index, bibliography, readers' guide, etc.

I have a copy but I'm in the office and don't have it with me. I will try to check it over the weekend but I suspect that 247 is right - thanks...

OK, added 247 for now.

OK I have the book in front of me now. 247 is the last numbered page, but the text (and there are no blank pages or advertising pages) actually ends on what should be page 248. I'll settle for 247, but 248 is probably correct
