Introductions

I'm Mallory, in GA, online reviewer since April 2007, voracious reader since mid-1950's:), lover of almost all animals, owned by 3 dogs, 1 cat.

I love cozy mysteries, including the classics such as Agatha Christie and Dorothy Sayers, and also modern crime writers such as Emily Brightwell and Lillian Jackson Brown.
I had cats when I was growing up, but have two sweet birds now. :)
Wishing everyone a great day and happy reading!

My name is Nicole and I am from Schiedam, The Netherlands! I have two cats myself, brothers who are going to be three years old this year, Joep and Frits. Got them from the shelter at 12 weeks, they were found on the street with mom and 3 other siblings.
I also have a dog, Semm, he is a Golden Retriever from Turkey, saved from the floods in Istanbul. He's been with us since 2011.
I love cozy mysteries, Agatha Christie and Murder, She Wrote. I can also enjoy an occasional biography. I don't nearly read as much as I used to due to work, but in my free time I always try to get a book! Haven't read many cat mysteries yet, only the first book of the Mrs. Murphy series by Rita Mae Brown.
Have a great day everyone!

I'm currently working my way through Sofie Kelly's "Magical cats mystery" series, though I'm always on the lookout for a new author!

Looking forward to getting to know you all.

The book sounds really interesting. Welcome to the group!

Looks like a very interesting group and I am looking forward to getting to kniw everyone.

Pit-Beagle?? How did that happen?

Hi Jennifer. I am author of a cozy Black Cat Mystery series. Nice to meet another cat author. Black Cat's Legacy, Black Cat and the Lethal Lawyer, Black Cat and the Accidental Angel.

My blog, foguth.wordpress.com shares information and humor for pet lovers. I'm presently writing the rough draft for Me-YEOW! Xander goes to India to make sure that everything the evil Chester Moreau set into motion has been neutralized....
If you like BIG cats, you might also like Kazza, the magical alien tiger in my Chatterre trilogy (Star Bridge; Thunder Moon; Fire Island).

I'm Jeanne Miller from Vermont and am currently owned by one Siamese rescue kitty named Simon Pasquale. He also goes by NosferCatu in honor of his long fangs, and Wicked Simon of Legree because he is a scamp. :)
I love both cat and dog mysteries as long as the story is told from the animal's perspective. This is the first group I've joined here and am so happy to have found it. :)

Hi all, my name is Alison. I am from the UK. We have 8 beautiful angels, all rescues and i like nothing better than curling up with a good book with them beside me. I look forward to getting to know you all. xx

We've had two cat for over 16 years but just recently lost one. Our other cat seems to be adjusting okay.
I've got a couple of favorite cat series, but the only two that come to mind right away are The Cat Who books and Sofie Kelly's Magical Cats

LOL, Mr. M doesn't like any sort of transportation - other than his own paws -, either. In contrast, Purrseidon always wants to be on the go - bizarrely, her favorite destination is the beach. I suspect we somehow jinxed that cat when we named her because she's obsessed with water.
Both M and Purrseidon's personalities are reflected in my Sea Purrtector series, though Purrseidon doesn't show up until Purr-a-noia, which I was writing when she arrived in our family.
If anyone is interested, my books are listed on my website:

My vet said there was some spray to calm them too. To fly I have to get a certificate from the vet. We are bringing them tomorrow so she can do a check checkup so she can write it up. I'll ask her for the name of the spray or buy it from them. I have read 1 or 2 of the Shirley Rousseau Murphy Cat books. I also like the Midnight Louie books.

I'm Yvonne from New York. I have two cats of my own. I love reading, of course, and my favorite genres - cozy mysteries, romantic suspense and romance.
