I noticed you have Mote in God's Eye on your list. I'm not familiar with much else on your list, but I would recommend more Niven to anyone. There's a sequel to Mote called The Gripping Hand, which is also excellent (one of the authors' daughter wrote another sequel called Outies, which is OK, but very different). After that, check out Niven's classic Ringworld series to really blow your mind, and the lesser-known Integral Trees. You may also want to check out Alastair Reynolds' work, starting with the Revelation Space series. He writes a lot of space novels which don't allow faster-than-light travel, but still manage to be wide-spanning and exciting.
I've read pretty much everything Niven and Pournelle have written (if not everything), all their stuff is great sadly it's mostly 1 or 2 book stories. I like stuff that drags out for 10-20 books.
It's always risky to try to guess someone else's taste, but you may like:the Red Rising trilogy by Pierce Brown,
the Travis Chase trilogy by Patrick Lee, and/or
the Zones of Thought series by Verner Vinge.
I'm assuming you've read the Foundation series by Asimov, but if you haven't, you'd probably like it.
