A) It was invented by the first person who committed that crime, Rhonda Highjack
B) "High Jack" is an antiquated term for the goods stolen by highwaymen
C) During Prohibition, stick-up men used to waylay trucks by saying "Hold your hands high, Jack!"
D) It comes from the joke in the old AIRPLANE movie
E) Nobody is sure of the exact origin of the term
