ABANDONED. YA fiction with a girl standing beside a door/ part way behind the door

The only thing I know about the book is the cover. There is a girl on the cover standing beside a door/ partway behind the door and she has sugar skull makeup on her face and if I am remembering correctly just a tank top and shorts on. Any ideas?

Any chance the cover shows just her face - e.g., Sugar Skulls by Lisa Mantchev?

Unfornately it's not sugar skulls I have that one already and I am in the US. I actually saw it on goodreads in the recommendations section about 6 months or so ago and I went back to try to put it on my to read list and it was gone.
