No, sorry - there's some of the right green there, but it's in her hair, not in the background, and the image is too big to see enough of the background anyway.

oh shoot, i missed it! Sorry - the thread flipped over to a new page & I didn't see there was one left back on 3.

These should be fine. I remember seeing 12 Years a Slave on the list, thought about it for one of mine, just mark the page it's on when you post.

The green is on target, but on embiggening I think there's more black than green there, so no.

The settings books look OK from what I can tell.

The green cover is too dark a green. It's a little lighter when embiggened from the thumbnail, but still too dark.

Robin, I've got to rescind that approval - the group mods messaged to remind me we'd rejected Dark Lover before the task was posted, on the grounds that it's a color wash over an image, not a true background. Lover Eternal is in the same style. Sorry 'bout the confusion.

Mod note

From FAQ
I. General default rules
J. So, can I ALWAYS read any format or edition of a book for any task?
Yes, but if the task requires a specific number of pages or a particular image/color on the cover, the edition you read must satisfy the requirement, and your link must be to the edition that you actually read. The easiest way to make sure you do this is to put the ISBN on the edition that you read in the box when you are adding the link, rather than the title – this will bring up the correct edition. If you put in the title, you’ll get the GR default edition.

Dog in the Night-Time is just a bit too orange-y. Shame, coz it's such a good book. :(

Haven't read T&F, but based on the GR description it looks OK.

Haven't read either, but from what I can see on their GR main pages, they should be OK. Just as you're reading keep the "at least 50%" requirement in mind and see how they do.
