DOn't worry it'll be another two years before the fourth book comes.

Joseph (Thorn985) | 21 comments I think that somehow eragon will figure out galbatorix's true name somehow like he figured out Sloan's then send him somewhere.

message 53: by Joseph (new)

Joseph (Thorn985) | 21 comments maybe eragons mom left something behind for him that he inherits

message 54: by Joseph (new)

Joseph (Thorn985) | 21 comments or brom left behind

message 55: by Jacobe (new)

Jacobe | 40 comments he already inherited brom's legacy and his ring and horse and saphiras namesake

message 56: by Brianne (new)

Brianne (iliketoreadbooks) | 588 comments yeah i think him moms gonna leave him something. cuz she was like never with him. so she probably left him a sad note and something.

message 57: by Harpoon (new)

Harpoon ... | 1387 comments I agree. What if Eragon's mom wasn't really dead. Brom really did not see her corpse, right?

Tara | 1068 comments Mod
ohhh!! That's a good idea! I'd never really thought about that...

message 59: by Joseph (new)

Jacobe | 40 comments guys in the book it is said brom didnt make it to selena in time lost by like hours and he saw her dead asked what happened to the slaves and went to carvarhall to find out more

message 63: by Jacobe (new)

Jacobe | 40 comments it would be

message 64: by Joseph (new)

Joseph (Thorn985) | 21 comments if christopher paolini does name the book after something eragon inherited then let me tell you this, in Brisingr it says that Aren is the only inheritance he got from Brom.

message 65: by Joseph (new)

Joseph (Thorn985) | 21 comments I wonder if Brom's sword Undbitr will be used in the fourth book at all.

message 66: by Joseph (new)

Joseph (Thorn985) | 21 comments well christopher paolini probably wont name the fourth book eragon again and he already named the third brisingr.

message 67: by Joseph (new)

Joseph (Thorn985) | 21 comments well what else did eragon inherit

message 68: by Tara, In hoc signo vinces (new)

Tara | 1068 comments Mod

message 69: by Joseph (new)

Joseph (Thorn985) | 21 comments well i know that murtagh got zar'roc out of inheritance, but i know of nothing else

message 70: by Harpoon (new)

Harpoon ... | 1387 comments Selena is a good title too.

message 71: by Casey (new)

Casey Harpoon wrote: "Selena is a good title too."

but its not incredibly hard to pronounce, so he wont pick that

message 72: by Casey (new)

Casey Katie wrote: "haha, you're a nut, Casey. But no, Selena is not an inheritance."

*shrugs*
Its true!

message 73: by Harpoon (new)

Harpoon ... | 1387 comments I agree. I was just stressed when I wrote that

message 74: by Casey (new)

Casey who do u agree with? me or Katie?

message 75: by Tara, In hoc signo vinces (new)

Tara | 1068 comments Mod
nah, i don't think it'll be Selena. Perhaps something from the Ancient Language? After all, Brisingr is.

message 76: by Casey (new)

Casey yah. like i said, it will prob be impossible to pronounce.

message 77: by Tara, In hoc signo vinces (new)

Tara | 1068 comments Mod
haha, prolly.

message 78: by Harpoon (new)

Harpoon ... | 1387 comments "Prolly" I only hear/read that in Renaissance.

message 79: by ~♥Alyssa♥~ (new)

~♥Alyssa♥~ (lyssie123) | 592 comments I think that Aren is very likely. In my opinion, the books should've been called Eragon, Eldest, Eldunari, Empire. THen it would have like a pattern, and it sounds cool. Gah, I don't know what it could be! I swear there's an idea on the tip of my tongue, but I can't remember it!

message 80: by Brianne (new)

Brianne (iliketoreadbooks) | 588 comments in my opinion it should have been three books, eragon, eldest, empire.

what if it was Misery...or Zar'roc a pattern of sword names

message 81: by Brianne (new)

Brianne (iliketoreadbooks) | 588 comments the title

message 82: by Brianne (new)

Brianne (iliketoreadbooks) | 588 comments yeah...but only kind of

message 83: by Tara, In hoc signo vinces (new)

Tara | 1068 comments Mod
wait what? The title has to be totally about the book! That's why most authors name their books after they finish them

message 84: by Brianne (new)

Brianne (iliketoreadbooks) | 588 comments i dunno.... i hated Brisinger, as a name, and as a theme

message 85: by Tara, In hoc signo vinces (new)

Tara | 1068 comments Mod
yeah, but what does you not liking it have anything to do with the name Brisingr not being about the actual book? It totally described the main point of the book.

(sorry if I sound harsh, I don't mean to)

message 86: by Brianne (new)

Brianne (iliketoreadbooks) | 588 comments my opinion matters. and CP will read this post and say sorry.

but seriously it was getting so cheesy towards the end that when it was eragons time to name the sword i was like please not brisinger, please not brisinger, please. then like NOOOOOOO!!!!!

message 92: by Brianne (new)

Brianne (iliketoreadbooks) | 588 comments katie I would be totally fine if there wasn't even a plot twist, if the book was good, but

message 93: by Brianne (new)

Brianne (iliketoreadbooks) | 588 comments we'll i can see a lot of ways for it to be better

but it's not my story

so, only he has the power

message 94: by Brianne (new)

Brianne (iliketoreadbooks) | 588 comments uh... brom coming back to life

(but that's more of a fantasy)

message 95: by Brianne (new)

Brianne (iliketoreadbooks) | 588 comments well....he didn't die in the first place

message 96: by Brianne (new)

Brianne (iliketoreadbooks) | 588 comments he's waiting and watching to make sure that eragon goes through all the hardships that will make him strong enough to defeat galby

message 97: by Brianne (new)

Brianne (iliketoreadbooks) | 588 comments he didn't have to escape!

it's brom, he'll just find the door

message 98: by Brianne (new)

Brianne (iliketoreadbooks) | 588 comments BROM LIVES!
(that's conspiracy theory number two for me)

message 99: by Brianne (new)

Brianne (iliketoreadbooks) | 588 comments I ALREADY SAID IT!
eragon has to believe he's dead. otherwise he won't have the strength to defeat galby
