My list appear on Kindle but not Hardcover pages

I'm a GR author with a new book, How to Disappear (Simon Pulse, 2016) that's on several lists. When you look for the book on GR, you're consistently taken to the hard cover page, and all the lists used to show up there. Today I noticed that the hard cover page says that the book isn't on any lists. The lists do all appear on the Kindle page, though. Help, please!!! Is there any way to fix this so that the lists return to the hard cover edition page? I don't have a clue. Thanks you so much!!! (P.S. I'm new to this group & I hope this is an appropriate question. If not, pls let me know and I'll delete.)

This is a perfectly fine place to ask the question.

Listopia lists are edition-specific. They won't show up on other editions of a book.

Thank you, this explains it! (Although it seems to me that it would be better if votes on a particular book were grouped together so that each list the book was on would appear for every edition of that book.)
