The cover image first used in 2005 has been erroneously added to this 1972-reprint. The covers look alike, the mistake is easily made. In stead of correcting the mistake, due to GR's policy a (super)librarian is instructed to add an ACE. I'm sure I'll be flagged correcting this patch-up, so I'll knuckle under and switch to another edition.

I feel your pain (I made the ACE in this instance).There are so many Dutch covers that I know for a fact are added to the wrong edition. People seem to have just slapped on the current cover from the publisher's site (or wherever), never mind whether it was the right one.
Looking at the changelog however I do note that the cover was replaced several times, and also that the pub date was changed from 2007 to 1985 to 1972. Maybe a super would like to take a look?

Maybe a super would like to take a look? "I have reverted the cover change, but it was the same cover in a bad quality. (And I have reverted back.)
The isbn has been used for quite some reprints, according to kb: http://opc4.kb.nl/DB=1/SET=185/TTL=1/...
And apparently there has been a typo in the printed isbn on some editions, which explains the isbn changes.
