Name: Haru Selema

Species: mermaid
Location born: Indian Ocean
Height: 6 feet, 2 inches (Just because her tail is pretty long!)
Weight: 145 lbs (Just because her tail is really heavy ^_^)
Eyes: Purple
Hair: Powder Blue, with white streaks, choppy and short with bangs on the side. Falls to about an inch past her ear lobe
Distinguishing features: She has very pale, pearly, rather luminescent skin, and a slender, but very curvy build. Her tail is long, powerful, and very pale blue, nearly white. She has a heart shaped face, big doe eyes, and a full, pouty, pink mouth. Her cheeks are full, but colorless. Her ears are pointed and elvin.
Hobbies: She collects human, glass, bottles.
Favorite Sayings: "What an idiot." (In a know-it-all kind of way ^_^) or "I know!"
Style: Whimsical, a bit vintage. Likes bright, pastel colors, and bows.
Greatest flaw: Being a know-it-all
Best quality: Kindness
Personality: She is quiet...at first. Once you really get to know her, you'll realize that despite her shy nature she is quite a know-it-all, who tends to think that whatever anyone can do, she can do better. On the whole, however, she is sweet and kind, and very curious.
Strengths: Loads of "book smarts", a healthy curiosity, calm and collected, kind and friendly, and has a basic understanding of self defense. Her tail is really, really, strong, and can do damage.
Weaknesses: A bit hard to get along with because of being a proud know-it-all, can hurt people's feelings (without meaning too, usually) by acting like she's better, and correcting them.
Introvert or Extrovert: Has a calm and quiet nature, but talks all the time. I'd say EXTROVERT
Goals: She wants to own the world's largest glass bottle collection, and wants to read more books than any other girl her age.
Fears: Being disliked or thought of as stupid/insufficient
Likes: Praise, talking about what she knows, reading, collecting glass bottles, sea creatures, exploring
Dislikes: Being bored, being teased, being embarrassed, and basically anything that makes her feel less than perfect.
Childhood: She was born in the indian sea, but moved from there when she was 3. she now lives around the caribbean ocean.
Parents: Mom: Shiro, Dad: Hira (Killed by shark before her birth)
Grandparents: Grandma- Chea, Grandpa- Ra (On her mother's side. Never knew grandparents on father's side. They live in the Indian Ocean, but come to visit, occasionally.)
Relationship status: Really, really, wants a boyfriend, but he'd have to be a bookworm!
