SOLVED. Contemporary Romance where woman rescues animals and guy thinks she's crazy [s]

I don't remember much but the heroine is a twin and rescues animals. The guy is her sisters husband/bfs friend and thinks she is crazy. He wears t shirts with crude images/sayings. I think there was one with a huge rooster on it. I want to say there is a scene where she rescues a cat during a storm. I think her twin sister had her own book too. Female author, read the book as a paperback 5+ years ago.. Guy and friend have a discussion where friend asks guy if he thinks woman is attractive and guy says something along the lines of "are you sure you want me to answer that since she's identical to your gf/wife?"Thanks for any help!
