Nox Payi has been helping me under issue number: #346864 however, I have not heard from then for a couple of days despite a couple of e-mail follow ups. Of course it may be they are away or unwell nevertheless, I do need this issue sorted. I will set out the details again here:
I am the author of three books (more to come): Tears of Innocence ISBN 13: 978-1530226078 10: 1530226074 (2016) Negative Beauty ISBN 13: 978-1530226290 10: 1530226295 (2016) Peter ISBN 13: 978-1530205219 10: 1530205212 (2016) All books are available in paperback and e-book formats.
Before continuing I need to point out there were previous 2014 editions of Tears of Innocence and Negative Beauty. These were published under 'Tanya Robinson's' separate account despite the name on the covers. These have been withdrawn, 'Retired' as CreateSpace calls it. They have also been 'unpublished' on Kindle and withdrawn from all other sites.
You will see on the book page of my author profile only my book Peter is now showing. I assume Nox managed to withdraw the 2014 editions. However, on the front page of the profile the 2014 cover for the 2014 Negative Beauty edition is showing.
Now what I am asking is for the 2016 Editions of all three to be added to my book page. Also that the new cover for Negative Beauty be shown (slightly different i.e. title is staggered across page). I sent the new covers to Nox Payi by their request.
Whilst looking into this I have also noticed my ID has been changed from that I originally submitted i.e. it is shown as T.R. Robinson. It should be T.(space)R.(space)Robinson which ties up with the book author published name i.e. the spaces are relevant.
I am sorry this is so long and appears to be causing problems and difficulties for your staff. However, as I have previously explained people are looking and I anticipate some reviews; I want to ensure they see, read and review the correct edition. I appreciate there having being two different editions may be resulting is some sort of mix up but as the earlier ones have been withdrawn I would anticipate this can be dealt with.
I look forward to hearing from you and apologise for troubling you; I am sure you will understand my concerns.
