You got it! Stopped by patrol officers for bad driving, tail light out, etc. Two of them (Kraft & Rifkin) had bodies in the car!
How careless! And for the record, Rifkin's victim was poor Tiffany Bresciani; Kraft's was Terry Gambrel.Not so fun fact: Tiffany's boyfriend, front man for the punk band Reagan Youth, was so guilty that he allowed her to prostitute herself to support their heroin habits and effectively got her killed that he killed himself very shortly afterwards. So Rifkin did have a male victim: Dave Rubenstein.
