My favorite so far this year is The Enchanted April, Elizabeth von Arnim. I also liked Our Souls at Night, Kent Haruf.

I think my favorite is the book I started this year with: Slade House by David Mitchell. But I did love The Paris Wife too! I read it when I went to Paris in December. :-)

So far this year, I think A Thousand Splendid Suns, although I did like The Kite Runner better. Perhaps A Man Called Ove. I enjoyed reading that. It's hard to pick, because I like and appreciate different books for different reasons.
