Some of these books, marked (P) below, are our publisher's proof copies -- one-of-a-kind items that are identical to the final published book but may contain a couple of minor typos corrected for the final version. The others are copies that are slightly defective, marked (D) -- either the binder trimmed the cover slightly off center, or the lamination was imperfectly applied. The defective copies are in new, unread condition.
Each book is $7.50, or you can have any 5 for $25. Shipping is $4 on orders of 1-2 books; $6.50 on any order of 3+ books.
