We're very sorry to report that Valancourt author Frank De Felitta, author of the multimillion-copy bestselling '70s horror novels AUDREY ROSE and THE ENTITY, and screenwriter of their film adaptations, has died, age 94. The NY Times has a nice obituary here.

He inspired so much of my interest in horror fiction. RIP, Frank. :-/
