Have you thought of making a sequel to the book, or just your own thing?

I for one really appreciated the examples in where you applied the lessons learned to companies back in the states.

But the book lends itself to alot of other subjects that I'm sure more people than me would LOVE to read!

Have you thought of widening your audience - to kids/boy scouts etc. etc.

I for one think Extreme Leadership is the definitive leadership book of our generation.

What do you say to "the haters"!?

I read the 1star reviews in -zon. Seems like some are trying to leverage this "Navy SEALs code of silence" against you.

But, if Chris Kyle can write a book why can't you?
