Hi Angie,
In med school we were taught that the microscopical appearance of the fungus pityrosporum versicolor is like that of "sphagetti and meatballs". If you ask any Dermatologist to associate the word 'sphagetti or meatball, invariably the answer would be pityrosporum versicolor
