From my knowledge, you just write whatever word that comes to your mind that you associate with the word of the previous post, a bit like an inkblot test. I find it interesting to see the pathways and how differently other people think ... for example we went from 'sexy' to 'rat' in 7 posts above (though that maybe we could have done that in about 2 posts!).
