I read this before and honestly I was very surprised! It was my first classic ever so I was taken aback by the language and therefore found it hard to understand. But with help of wikipedia and re-reading same passages so many time, I found it really good (even though it took me months to read it). Really excited to re-read it, hopefully I could understand it even better now :D
I highly recommend listening to Pride & Prejudice on audible - they have a version narrated by Rosamund Pike and it is amazing! I grew up watching the P&P movies (favorite being the 1995 bbc mini series) but I hadn't actually read it till last year's listen :) I loved it so much! I hope everyone enjoys it.

I've never read this before although I've had it sitting on my shelf for years now. It's only my second classic and the language is a bit hard to understand but I'm liking it so far
I've never read it before but so far I'm really liking it! ( Had seen the movie before though, maybe that has made it easier).
I've watched the movie first before reading the book and both were wonderful! Although, I've only watched the version of Keira Knightley in it.

Pride and Prejudice is our book of the month for April! What do you guys think of it so far? Have you guys read this before?
I personally have read this before, although it was an abridged version! I really enjoyed it and I am super excited that this timeless piece is our Book Of The Month!
