Is there a reason why I dont see the English versions when I go to this author's books? I read the English versions in each case, and this is not because of duplicate editions or language issues. And the English version is default if I go to the books through a different route. When I click on any of the foreign titles, it brings me to the main book page where I can switch to the edition I read.

Looks like the author manually set the English editions as defaults in the time since you took that screenshot.
Ah! That author is only a listed author on some editions. The editions that will show up on their author page will be the default -- if and only if they are a listed author on that edition. Otherwise, the edition that will show up is the most shelved edition of the work on which they are a listed author.
Apparently this couple of authors always list both names, even if only one of them appears on the cover. Yesterday I removed her name from a couple of his books. Is it OK to have both names on all their works, with the one on the cover in primary position?
If the second (uncredited) author is a contributor on those books for which they are not credited, yes. If they are really the same person, and one is a pen-name, yes.
Otherwise, I can't see why.

To me, it sounds like they are "editor" of each other's books rather than actual contributors, but I'll wait for rivka's decision.ETA They credit each other on their profiles:

rivka wrote: ""Help" is pretty vague. Do they have blog posts anywhere describing their process?"Unfortunately not. I do remember her mentioning that she wrote a sex scene for him in The Sorcery Code but I do not remember where I read that. Whatever you guys decide is good, I was just trying to help make their books look more professional.
Re-added Anna to four books I deleted her from. With the 'look inside' function on Amazon I also saw that they both share the copyright for the Mind Dimensions omnibus*, so that's probably the case for their other works as well.
*the 4-book omnibus. Part 0.5-2 only has '©2015 Dina Zales' though (sigh).
