Please help me claim my book & add a cover image

There's an issue with me claiming my book because my pen name is TR Fischer, but Goodreads made me input it as T.R. Fischer, I get an error message when trying to claim the book that says a librarian must do this for me. Could someone please help me out?

Also, there's no cover image. I have one and did download it, but then I got the error message. How can I get the cover on there?

Assuming the book is 'Changing Sky', moved both Kindle and paperback edition to your profile.
You should be able to add the cover to the paperback edition now it is on your profile.
