Luna Saint Claire (lunasaintclaire) | 37 comments My book, The Sleeping Serpent, is thankfully on the Listopia list Our Only Enemy: Understanding the Psychopath. I am wondering about how to get it included in several other Listopia lists. Is this something done by the Librarians?

Paula (paulaan) | 7014 comments No, its done by readers who think the book belongs there

thank you. Can you please tell me how to "tag" or add the genre kewords words" from the genres list to my book title?

lethe | 16359 comments By placing your books on shelves with those names. You do not add them to the title.

I tried typing this into search, to figure out how to do this, but no luck. Are you able to provide instructions? Where are the shelves?

lethe | 16359 comments If you look on your profile page, you see in the left column "Luna's Bookshelves". I see you have already added several shelves of your own. If you click on that link, you can add more.

Make shelves taken from the genres list (https://www.goodreads.com/genres/list) that are appropriate to your own books and place your books on them.

thank you. This was not intuitive. But at least I was able to figure it out when you told me it was on my profile.

One more question: It seems as if GR wants the author to rate or review their own book -- as it always presents itself. I have clicked the "READ" box, but have not reviewed since it doesn't seem appropriate to rate my own book. Do I just ignore this?

Paula (paulaan) | 7014 comments Its up to you, a lot of readers will see it as bad form if you add stars and a review

Some authors use the space to discuss writing of the book or to add thoughts but not an actual review
