Debbie (tbrmonster) Hello everyone! (Virtual wave☺☺)
My name is Dhebbie, but you may call me Dorian. I live in Nigeria where I'm currently studying Law.

My life basically revolves around books,mind-boggling thoughts, menswear, music, anime and sneakers. I like to identify as an outgoing introvert. I also enjoy writing, photography and collecting tomboy pictures (thank you,Pinterest ).

I'll read basically anything but my favourite book genres are YA fiction, literary fiction, African literature, crime, fantasy and mystery.

I like to think of myself as a deep thinker, gender bender and a conservative Ravenclaw, but in reality, I'm just a chocolate skinned girl who wears boys' clothes, buys too many books and thinks too much for a normal person.

But above all, I'm nice and fun to talk to. Feel free to say hello on social media.

Hi! My name is Alli! I live in the Midwest, and love to travel. Currently I am in highschool, studying all of the subjects that interest me.

I started reading when I was in elementary school and completely fell in love with the Eragon series. I'm also very interested in writing, although I'm not very good at it.

Currently, when I grow up, I would like to be either a biomedical engineer (prosthetic limbs), or a computer science engineer.
I identify myself a complete nerd, who is shy until you get to know her! I love to rearrange my room to give myself some change, and I keep everything organized, mostly because it looks better.

You can often find me daydreaming during class, I promise I'm a good student, or wishing I could have magical powers and live in a world where everything is cooler.

My favorite genres are most definitely YA, contemporary and fiction, some adult books, mystery, science fiction (some books), and non-fiction books about topics that interest me. To be honest, I'm really up for anything.

I do have a question for you to answer when you write about yourself: If you could live in one book world, which would you choose?

My answer would most definitely be the world in a Darker Shade of Magic because my biggest fantasty is to become an Antari.
Anyways, thank you to Dhebbie for creating this discussion board, and I hope that you all have fun in this group! :D

Kat Hi everyone! I'm Kat, and I live in Kentucky. I don't get to read as much as I want to, but it's basically my favorite thing in the world!

I read everything except extreme sci fi/fantasy. I have a lot of favorites, but my all time favorites are The Great Gatsby, The Bell Jar, and It's Kind of a Funny Story. I actually collect different editions of the Great Gatsby! I'm also obsessed with Edgar Allan Poe and Sylvia Plath.

I'm excited to get to know y'all better!

Kat

Josephine (Jetmogah) | 3 comments I am Jet Mogah. I live in Nigeria and a fish farmer by profession. I love books infact my joy and pains have only been felt by books. When I am angry, I read so hard that I may not get sleep in 2 straight days, when I am excited and madly happy, I dig my head into my book and when I am just there, I read too. I read all genres so far it's written in a language I can understand and read.

I am currently learning to speak French as well. Please to meet y'all.

Marc Secchia (marcsecchia) | 2 comments Hi my name's Marc, I'm from Cape Town but live in Ethiopia. I'm a writer - YA epic fantasy and African historical fantasy - and will devour most things in fantasy and sci-fi/dystopian apart from dark/gore or vampires. Not my cuppa, so to speak. I love books with a snarky or sarcastic sense of humour.

Right now I'm reading Nyssa Glass and the House of Mirrors (Nyssa Glass, #1) by H.L. Burke and am up at 4:30am my time, writing. Bad habit, I'm afraid :-) but productive!

Odd things? My kids have a choice of 5 passports each, I speak Amharic (an Ethiopian language) and play the panflute.

Lovely to meet you all!

Other than books I love painting, listening to music, playing guitar. This is my last year in school and I want to do Biomedical engineering the next year.
