Book not appearing on genre page despite multiple shelvings

Can anyone tell me why my recent release (Lost Lake House) is not appearing in the New Releases section of its genre page, Fairy Tale Retellings? I understood that it took two shelvings of a book to make it appear on the genre page, but even though at least five people have shelved this book under "fairy tale retellings" since its release in mid-March, it hasn't appeared on the genre page yet.

Only two of those five shelvings show if you click through. It may be a caching issue?In any case, this is not something librarians can help you with. You could try the Feedback Group or the Author Feedback Group instead.
Actually, if you click "see top shelves" and then click on "5 people" next to the fairytale-retellings shelf, it does show them: https://www.goodreads.com/shelf/users... Not sure what the difference is there. But thanks for the direction to the other groups—I wasn't sure which was the proper one to ask, but came here because I saw a category for Genre.
The shelf I looked at was linked directly on the book page and has a different spelling (and different users): https://www.goodreads.com/shelf/users...On the "top shelves" page, your shelf is no. 2 and mine no. 4: https://www.goodreads.com/work/shelve...
Goodreads works in mysterious ways.
The "genre" folder in this group is more for issues with names, consolidating genres, subgenres, etc. Not the number of shelvings/genres added, nor when or how soon books end up on the New Releases lists.
Hope someone in those other groups can tell you what's going on :)
